Lisbon is a collection of neighbourhoods across seven hills, with the Tagus as its southern border. Príncipe Real, Estrela, Alfama and Lapa are our most in-demand districts — each with its own price bracket and resident profile. The international community is large, and public transport works well.
Unlike the Algarve, Lisbon has four distinct seasons. Winter is mild (rarely below 10°C), summer warm but softened by the Atlantic breeze. That makes the city suitable for year-round living, not just the sunny season.
Our 12 Lisbon properties are spread across six districts, from Alfama to Lapa with views over the Tagus. We only work with well-accessible buildings — no four-flight walk-ups without a lift.

13–15°C by day, around 8°C at night. Rain mostly falls as short showers.
Jacaranda blossom mid-April, long afternoons. Practical months for viewings.
26–29°C, cool Atlantic breeze in the afternoons. City festivals in June (Santo António).
Around 22°C in October. Clearly a quieter month than high season.
Another 6 properties in Lisbon including 2 off-market can be found in the full portfolio.
