Algarve.

Portugal's southern coast: around 300 days of sun a year, 150 km of coastline and the country's largest international community.

Character

The most international
region of Portugal.

The Algarve is Portugal's most international region. Between Lagos in the west and Tavira in the east lies about 150 km of coastline with cliffs, beaches and historic villages. The international network is large: bakeries, physios, lawyers and international schools are widely available.

The region has two distinct seasons. Between October and April it's quiet, mild and relatively affordable. Between June and September it's busy, hot and touristy. Anyone living here permanently effectively deals with two different environments.

Our 17 Algarve properties are spread across eight sub-locations, from Sagres in the west to Tavira in the east. Each with its own price level and character.
