Our
cookie policy.
We deliberately keep it minimal: no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no social media plugins that leak your data.
A cookie is a small file a website places on your device to remember certain preferences or data. We use cookies sparingly and only where functionally necessary. No retargeting, no marketing pixels, no advertising IDs.
For web statistics we use Plausible Analytics: a privacy-friendly, cookie-less tool that does not store personal data. GDPR-compliant out of the box, no consent required.

Which third-party cookies does your site set?
None. All three cookies above are set by atlanticasa.com itself. We do not load external scripts that place their own cookies (no dynamic Google Fonts, no embed tools, no social widgets).
How do I delete cookies?
Via your browser settings you can wipe all cookies from atlanticasa.com. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and other site data. Our three cookies contain no personal data, so deleting is safe — you only lose your language preference and saved properties.
How do you measure traffic then?
Via Plausible Analytics, a European privacy-friendly tool that measures usage without cookies and without personal data. Plausible looks at anonymised page hits and the referrer URL — not who you are or where you come from at street level.
Does this policy change often?
No. Upon changes we send a notice to existing clients and log the update on this page, with version number and date. The current version is always available at this URL.
